This is seriously one of my favorite title sequences. the music and everything fits perfect. i like the use of props in the sequence, how everything compliments eachtoher and has a meaning behind each composition.

I'm trying to do a little research on the inspiration for this sequence. Does anyone know any direct references, by name specifically? I know there's a little Saul Bass... some Art Chantry influence... and general 60's and 70's illustration styles, but can anyone put a name on it? Any ideas on a place to look for good visual reference?

The Catch Me If You Can title sequence has similar reference and style. Any ideas anyone?

This has got to be one of the most...appropriate title sequences I've ever seen. I mean, it's beautiful, and the music fits perfectly, but even more is the use of metaphor and abstraction...and humour...to add meaning. It's like a game: "oh, i get it, the costume designer, that's the picking-out-the-tie scene, and the photographer has photo slides!"

If I - or any of my classmates - were to turn in something like this, I'm fairly certain we'd get an A...if not an A+
