Yeah this is a really great end sequence. It’s a great tribute to the style of the graphic novel and really reminds you at the end of it all, this is a comic movie. The style is really cool, and while I was underwhelmed from the movie itself, this sequence definitely lifted my spirits.

Funny that you mention the word spirit, because another Frank Miller novel/comic is going to be released soon. The movie is called “The Spirit” and looks really good. I bet it will have a nice title too.

Yeah it’s a strange choice for Miller to adapt and unfortunately, I’ve heard early words that the movie is terrible. Oh well, bring on Sin City 2.

I saw ‘The Spirit’ and it was shocking. It was so bad I was seconds away from walking out. Such a shame, but like Peter said, bring on Sin City 2.
(the credits were the best bit of the whole ‘Spirit’ film)

Frankly, after this opening, I found the rest of the movie redndant and unnecessary. The whole movie should’ve been like this. This one gets translating comics to screen SO right- without just aping the comic style. It’s a synthesis!

It’s ending credits, not opening credits
