It looks to me like Dexter is on his stomach looking at the camera with his head turned looking toward his left arm. But the slap is with a left hand. So what exactly are we seeing there? If so, that's genious! I find many shows try to over do it, but this is clever and gets you excited for the episode. The imagery represents the comedic factor of the series too.
