This is my favourite title sequence in all of filmdom! The art and animation are fantastic; I especially love it when Clint and Eli seem to appear out of blood right before Lee Van Cleef’s name appears. But none of these things is anything without that Morricone score. When the trumpets start around the 1:35 mark, my heart really starts beating. Epic is a term tossed around too much on the internet, but here it fits.
